Interventional Diagnostics

Advanced testing may be required to diagnose a horse using minimally invasive procedures to minimize risk and improve treatment results. This includes biopsies of masses, internal organs and bone marrow, cerebrospinal fluid collection, diagnostic imaging using endoscopy, ultrasound and radiography, fine needle aspirate, cytology and culture, histopathology, myelography and Trucut® biopsy of an internal organ using ultrasound guidance.
